Tollaarcks are large predatory armoured sharks that favour narrow passages of sea. They get their name from the way that sailors passing them by will often leave them with bait to distract them away from their boats. Thus paying a "Toll". While all Aarcks are reasonably intelligent, these ones seem to be particularly so, targeting these narrow passages on purpose in the hopes of abusing what may have to move by.
