The White Blade of Hope
Known maverick Matsumoto Ooawagaeri led an ill-fated expedition into the heart of Date Clan territory, unwelcome. The things he saw there have prompted Katakura Kojūrō and Masuda Kita, effective leaders of the clan, to sic The White Blade of Hope: Date Masamune on him. Specifically designed to be a counter to The Black Blade of Doom, this Date Masamune is tireless in his hunt for the perceived evildoer. Such was not an easy task, however. Ooawagaeri's penchant for creating new identities, like Fubuki, made it difficult to track him down with any success.
