Torilissa, Empress of what is left of the once mighty Manscine Empire, ruling over swamps and deserts far to the west of the Empires great claims. Torilissa is the second Emperor of Manscine to know only the Western Empire, A.K.A. The Imperial Kingdom. She is still young and relies on a council of advisors to help her rule and maintain the balance of power. Due to her age and the shortness of her rule so far, only ascending to the throne in 851 D.O.M. many are still hesistant to accept her rule and seek to usurp her, as such she is constantly keeping an eye on those around her, knowing most, if not all, want the power she has.
