Structure
Like most other Frese organisations, the Wolves are secretive about their internal hierarchy to outsiders. It is generally known however that there are four leaders to the gang, and they are closely related. Numerous rumours suggest that they are either a band of 4 siblings, a family of four, or perhaps a father with his three heirs.
Below the mysterious leaders in the hierarchy are several lieutenants. Below them are most likely another level or two of hierarchy. The lower levels of the wolves are made up of small-time crews and captains.
While the hierarchy is very much important to the Flaming Lobos, it is almost a taboo topic among them. One is expected to understand one's place implicitly, without any immediate direction.

Public Agenda
Like most gangs, the agenda of the Flaming Lobos is quite simplistic. Acquire power, obtain currency, much yes. As their official motto states however, there seems to be an underlying sense of rebellion and a value of freedom among them which is not necessarily present among other gangs of this nature.
There is a large amount of anti-heavenly sentiment among them. There have been several cases where Flaming Lobos have set fire to sensitive machinery within noble towers or production yards. While this is not something they primarily associate themselves with, it is certainly one of the things they are more known for.

Assets
The Flaming Lobos are generalists. They are large enough that they can dabble in whatever their leaders currently fancy, and not fear the threats of the competition. The most prevalent asset of theirs in your experience has so far been their fighting ring(s), one of the largest being found at The Devil's Gate. However they are also active in some other entertainment industries.
However, the main source of income is the smuggling and protection industries. The Wet Markets are always bustling, and there is always demand for goods. Goods which cannot all come from Sorenel, so the Wolves step in to smuggle them into the city.
