Appointment
Once the need for an archduke arises, leaders of the 4 cities will travel to Draconis citadel to present their candidates for Archduke. The Draconis congress will then hold a special session in order to elect the new archduke
Responsibilities
- Passing all laws that are sent to him by the Draconis congress
- Lead the Draconis army during wartime, make military decisions
- Solve any disputes between the 4 cities
