Star Arcade
The Star Arcade serves as the Astral Elf Quarter within the Citadel, predominantly inhabited by individuals of Elven heritage. The architecture of the buildings reflects
the distinct Elven style, with a notable centrepiece being The House of the Flowering Sun, a temple dedicated to Corellon, the revered deity of all elves. Unlike other quarters, the Star Arcade lacks bustling businesses. This is because the astral elves residing here have accumulated their wealth over thousands of years and no longer seek financial pursuits.
The Star Arcade is the Radiant Citadel’s botanical haven, a district where nature and enchantment intertwine in delicate harmony. Its walkways are lined with flowering vines and ancient trees, and shimmering waterways weave through the district, reflecting the starlit glow of magical lanterns. Known for its serene beauty, the Star Arcade is a hub for those who seek connection with nature, whether for study, healing, or solace.
Despite its tranquil exterior, the district holds its share of intrigue. The arcane gardens and lush groves hide secrets of their own, and high crime rates plague the area, with thieves and smugglers using its labyrinthine layout to their advantage. Its residents—largely botanists, herbalists, and mystics—often view the natural world as a source of both wonder and power, fiercely protecting their gardens and livelihoods.

Ambiance
The Star Arcade feels otherworldly, with the hum of magic in the air and the soothing sound of running water. The district is alive with color, from the vibrant blooms to the soft glow of enchanted lights. Yet beneath its beauty lies a sense of vulnerability, as the district’s poor safety record keeps residents on edge. Still, it remains a place of quiet refuge and inspiration for those willing to tread carefully.
