Draconic
Draconic is the language of dragons. Natively known as: ᚦᛰᛇᚣᛱᛋᛈᛁ dovahzul /ˈdoʊˌvæhzul/, it use its own distinct alphabet, called Iokharic. Other native speakers included members of draconic-related races, such as kobolds and dragonborn, and members of reptilian races such as lizardfolk and troglodytes. The language was also used as a primary means of arcane notation throughout Toriel.
In the realm of draconic language, there exist two distinct forms: Elder Draconic and Common Draconic. Elder Draconic holds great power and is primarily used for magical and arcane purposes. Its words possess a potent force, capable of shaping reality. On the other hand, Common Draconic, though lacking in inherent power, is widely spoken and understood by Dragonborn, Lizardfolk, and various creatures. It shares the same alphabet as Elder Draconic but is considerably simpler and easier to learn. While Common Draconic may not possess the same mystical might, it serves as a practical means of communication among the Draconic races.
Elder Draconic is one of the earliest languages, influencing or creating the language of kobolds and other races. According to dragons, their language was the oldest mortal tongue and all other mortal languages descended from it.

Writting System
Draconic runes are simple, meant to be written using dagon claw they are easy to make symbol. the alphabet and rune appeared only later on history as the language was first only a simple dialect between proto-dragons. All arcane incantations are based on Draconic. Even if the exact meaning of some used words and phrases has been lost over time, the root in the language is clearly noticeable. The art of creating new spells, either requires a deep understanding of Draconic and combining different words and phrases in a new way, or have an instinctive feeling for the flow of magic in the world and force it to create an effect that is not directly described within the incantation.Spelling
