Vlad Dracula
Vlad Dracula is an ancient Vampire Lord, and is the de-facto ruler over the Blackwood. In the days of the eldar, Vlad fought an eons-long insurgency against their rule, which would later carry on to insurgency against the Elfrealms of the Eldar Ascendancy and Sylvanus, and later the Reymal Empire.
