Shanarra Twinkle-Step

Shanarra is the halfling widowed owner of The Rising Sun in Edge-Watch. She is a slightly port woman with a loud booming voice and a kind disposition. A pub landlady in the most traditional of senses who wears a simple garb and a has curled brunette hair with a single platinum bangle around her wrist, the platinum bangle is her soul Arm and acts as a reference to a higher and wealthier family line she may have been a part of once.
