Burgomaster Norris Howton

Norris Howton is a 75 year old halfling who recently took stewardship of the town of Edge-Watch after his father retired to enjoy his time in peace and quiet amongst the community of the town. Norris Howton is a slightly overweight halfling who wears simple clothes and carries a pocketwatch passed down the family and has a tanned face with no scarring or pockmarking. He has fair brown hair and deep amber eyes, Norris is currently unmarried and is seen as a deeply eligible bachelor in the small community of Edge-Watch. In the time of his stewardship of the community, Norris has made very few changes and has ensured Edge-Watch continue their independent way of living, avoiding other towns and their influences and, notably, ensuring Isaac Gardner was disowned by his family for moving to Carivel and marrying an outsider. This has put him in the community's good graces. Burgomaster Howton's soul arm is a leatherworker's tanning dagger with a simple wooden handle and a wave-like blade that looks both graceful and deceptively sharp.
