Hyperion Federation makes first contact with Cypher Dominion.
his happened in the Ilioneus galaxy.
The CD has already begun making threats towards the HF, sending ships with intent to destroy the federation. It would require an all out war to destroy the federation entirely, the CD was trying to destabilise and demoralise them before any war could even start.
The CD had a massive advantage, as the HF was only new to the intergalactic scene. The hyperionites are careful towards this massive power.
