Remover

A small arms weapon used by the Karnol Caretakers.   The Remover is a relatively compact firearm reminiscent of an assault rifle, but almost as compact as a large SMG. The Remover has a high fire rate and surprisingly good accuracy, but has the tradeoff of being not as powerful as a larger weapon as the rounds are quite light. It is commonly used for suppression, but as some enemy armour can deflect the rounds (or sometimes the shield can take the bullets) it is almost always supported with more powerful rifles. In these cases it serves an excellent distraction against an enemy or even groups of enemies. This role makes the name somewhat of a misnomer.   In short range, though, it can also excel at killing through sheer volume of fire. It can also be useful to damage enemy shields heavily due to its volume of fire. However, it is not extremely reliable as it has relatively complicated machinery that operates inside it. But it doesnt normally create many issues in most locations outside of swamps or forests.
