Omicron Aques I

Here, the Innerworldian Harkas of Irarus have no bioengineering ability. They do not have advanced technology, but are excellent at metallurgy due to the conditions of their planet with a lot of molten metal. Metals are practically dirt cheap with this society, who has been able to easily construct massive foundries for casting a massive range of products. Due to the ambient temperature being massive, they cool the metal down to solidify it but do not have to refine it; they only need to separate the different metals from lava. They use extremely thick copper to conduct electricity but as the resistance of a metal increases with temperature this has proven somewhat nessesary. 

However, as no faction has the technology to reach space or reach any planetary surface from space, no one other than this society has been able to use the many varied resources here. 

Due to the availability of resources, all sides of a war tend to be equipped with more expensive equipment. Massive tanks are common and infantry are usually supplied with enough bullets for everyone on an entire front to fire almost constantly. However, there were also no wars over resources for the same reason. Geothermal energy was widespread and reliable. The primary reason to go to war was thus ideology differences. As such, their society is far less unified than that of other harkas subspecies, and as there is little reason to go to space other than diplomacy or scientific research, they have never attempted. On the other hand, invaders from space are likely to invade this little-unified planet in the future...

The inhabitants have discovered the spaceborne harkas orbiting their planet recently. The extremely bright nature of the sun and being close to it makes it difficult to observe them, but they have managed to recently.
