Narago
The home planet of the Endarian species, which orbits Prlar.
Narago is a world that is almost entirely covered in forest. There are now a number of large cities filled with endarians. These cities are sometimes designed in strange ways to allow the planets water cycle to continue and form reservoirs. The planet initially had a large number of lakes, the removal of which would cause disastrous consequences for the planetary ecosystem.
As the endarians have mastered and assimilated virtually all genetic niches available on the planet, they can easily adapt to almost any condition on their planet. For example, they can turn aquatic and even build cities in some of the large lakes. Though this often is not preferable due to possible weather effects and erosion, there are still a number of cities like this.
Narago itself has some temperature variance. Especially at the poles, where the temperatures can start to become dangerous for humans. Endarians can adapt to and easily thrive in these conditions with much comfort, allowing them to properly establisih settlements. By thawing out ancient lifeforms that became frozen in the permafrost millions of years ago, the endarians have managed to assimilate genes from lifeforms millions of years ago. There are also some small hot deserts on Narago, as well as various forest biomes. From forests focused around massive trees, to bioluminescent cave life and large forests of many different colours, Narago can have a significant amount of variance, especially taking the massive mountain ranges that can form into consideration, making mining effective virtually anywhere. Narago's core has not been interfered with at all because of the Endarian Suns' lack of technology to reach it and because of the possible damage they could easily cause to their planet, which they still need for bioengineering. The planet itself has an abundance of common metals such as iron, as well as a large amount of coal and natural gas fuel sources due to the high density of its biosphere. As the endarians realised the damage that burning coal does to the environment, they instead focused on more 'green' ways to produce energy. Perhaps surprisingly, this comes in the form of nuclear power.
Despite the extremely rampant civilization on this planet, the ecosystem remains fairly healthy and undamaged compared to what most civilizations would do to such a planet. It is in the endarian's best interest to preserve any ecosystems to help improve their bioengineering capability and continue to assimilate genes from them.
Narago itself is a fairly large planet too, which causes it to have a stronger gravitational pull. There are fewer flying creatures, and all creatures in general need to take much more weight. This also largely increases the fuel needed to reach space, which put a significant space exploration block on the endarian species in its early years of space travel. As such, their space age happened later than that of many other species, which has caused some disappointment in many people on Narago, as they wanted to see and assimilate alien species, to incorporate more forms into themselves...
