Hadron Robots

Elite, remote controlled robot forces of the Hyperion Federation. These are the most elite military force of the Federation. The robots, though extremely rare, can be deployed to the most dangerous and important situations and almost always get the job done right. With an auxiliary processing unit tasked specifically for constantly calculating the best possible strategy to use, they can easily outsmart an enemy. But the real meat lies in its abilities:
Blink drive enables them to teleport short distances (about 30 metres) every 30 seconds
Precognition allows them to see 3-4 seconds into the future once every 30 seconds
They can also cloak indefinitely but cant move as fast or use abilities or anything with a large energy draw   Hadron Robots are always deployed in pairs.   effcient they can realistically strike at any moment. Their cloaking and teleportation abilities combined can get them through all but the most well secured area. Even in the case of such extreme security areas, the Hadron Robots will relentlessly plan a method to breach defences stealthily. Their predictions are not perfect after several seconds into the future but work almost all the time. It is impossible to capture one as they can simply blink-teleport away. Unlike other HF infantry ranks, there are no subranks currently. Hadron robots are deigned to be very versatile and therefore must be able to perform a very wide range of missions with cutting edge efficiency. Hadron Robots are a Sentient Robot submodel - the HF has spent a lot of research and development effort designing them. This model makes use of a very small amount of precursor archaeotech, which is the primary resource limiting their numbers so significantly. They also require a lot of training.
