Etherials
A species originating from Mauray. Whenever an Eptha dies, they turn into an Etherial. Etherials do not get a very long lifespan because their energies will dissipate into the environment over time. They are typically alive for about 100 hours.
They can increase the lifespan if they focus all of their magic to keep themselves together but this process is so intensive it knocks them unconscious the whole time.
Terms such as average height or length do not apply to them as they have a non material body.
Visually, they can appear like large orbs of a glowing material. They give off a small amount of light, possibly lighting up dark rooms and being highly visile themselves in the dark, though few spells can harm etherials due to their non-corporeal nature. Etherials are normally too unstable to cast any powerful magic spells. This disables them from destroying an entire force of some enemy of the eptha, and an etherial will struggle to kill more than a single individual within their approximately 100h of life. They normally use this time to say any final goodbyes to family members and friends or to try and find a prism to continue life with.

Symbiotic and Parasitic organisms
They can enter the body of a Prism. As prisms can easily focus energies within their bodies very efficiently, an Etherial can survive inside a Prism's body indefinitely as long as the Prism intentionally lets them survive. In return, the Prism can get the magic ability of the Etherial. They can both communicate to each other.
