Lakecrest
Lakecrest sits as the third-largest human settlement on the island of Leumadaria. It is famous for it's many windmills that are used to grind flour and fields for wine. A wizard's tower does sit among the windmills, but no one has seen anyone enter or leave it in over 15 years.
A small retinue of brine Kobolds are stationed here as protection against wild animals from the forest and to act as a police force in the village.
There are two taverns in the town, The Grateful Bagpipes, and the Old Salmon
