Group 1 arrives mid-battle. and things aren't going so well. In a last ditch effort, Karrik decides to blow the horn that will summon Straad and Thoril approves. When Straahd arrives, he wreaks havoc on the battlefield. As a reaction, the Elves murder Karrik and were going to execute Thoril but the others step in to speak on his behalf. He is almost spared but Ironhide's arrival stops the argument, and Thoril's life is cut short.
