The Liberators of Nobility are in disarray

During the apex of the Kadian Invasion of Rakion, a deadly blow was struck to the Clandestine organization of The Liberators of Nobility.   Rumors circulate that Sif had lost control to a woman named Seraphina and her servant, Gerald, who died in a Silver Dragon attack.

While the rumors are unclear, they say the dragon came out to the secret plane of the organization, where a secret cloning facility was established, with many 'Sifs' and other figures including Diplomats and leaders.     Many organizations such as, Order of the Brass Talon, Starlight Eyes and High-Star Security Agency, The Lexitar Order and Borbazec Index responsibilty in their own areas of interest.
