The Merciful Court

The Merciful Court, is a a circle of standing stones from which Sharindlar serves as an intermediary between Moradin and the evil dwarven gods, including Orosaban, Laduguer, and Deep Duerra. It also serves as the site of nightly dances in her honor.

Strange harmonies infuse the Court and shape its magic. The Laminar Echo ensures that words spoken in peace carry clear and strong, while those of coercion fray into a rasping hiss. Twin-Ring Resonance causes honest vows to warm silver bands and brighten the menhirs, while perjury chills the metal and dims the glow of the Circle itself. And when tensions rise, the Quiet Chorus of the Stonesingers hums in triad, a sound that dampens fear and stills brawls before they can turn to violence.
