The Aizsym Pacts

The Aizsym Pacts or the Aizsym Khanate is a polity of gnolls, which often 'offer' themselves in services to various factions in the Free Cities of Nidoran and even beyond Eldalor. These allowed the gnolls to become important enough strategic approach ensures gnolls are consistently involved in conflicts, regardless of the outcome.
Culture
Those Gnolls, particularly their skilled archers, are highly valued mercenaries due to their natural affinity for tracking and in addition, melee combat. While internal power struggles within the Aizsym Khanate are common, they strictly adhere to the commands of their employers and refuse to engage in conflict with other gnoll groups at the behest of outsiders. The Pacts exhibit a higher level of organization than many other gnoll groups in Theras and they prioritize loyalty to their pack while maintaining a strong sense of kinship with other gnolls within the Pact.
