Primal Magic

Primal Magic is a broad term referring to forms of magic which directly shape the world rather than manipulating the weave to influence the environment, or letting a deity influence it through the caster; primal magic “convinces” the world towards the desired outcome.
Manifestation
The first beings to wield primal magic were dragons and their Draconic Magic, followed by hags and their Weird Magic. Mortals who wield primal magic are most commonly druids and rangers.
Certain species whose existence on Theras predates other forms of magic, most notably the Yuan Ti, also wield primal magic. The Fey have derived their unique magic from weird magic, but their magic is not considered primal.
