Mechanus's Marut Signatories

Mechanus's Marut Signatories is a group of Maruts that act as signatories for contracts made between powerful and influential entities, such as emperors, Idols, and Devils. Said Maruts, also known simply as Signatories, are solely tasked with being present for the signing of contracts and enforcing them in case of a breach.
There is a natural rivalry between the Devils and the Maruts, as pacts and divine contracts, are initially and most thoroughly, at the posession of Ashmedai. However, it is believed that the Maruts themselves pay tribute to the forces of Hells for 'the right' to protect contracts.
