Black Sigon is a cursed city in the Shadowfell that parallels Sigon.
History
Black Sigon was created unwittingly during the Siege of Sigon; a spell was supposed to prevent the destruction of Sigon by temporally suspending the city's structures but it went awry, and created Black Sigon. The city is kept in the same state of panic, distress, and despair that was prevalent during the siege.

The Umbral Loci
The Umbral Loci mirrors the Sigon Loci, a mighty and ancient fortress. However, it is in the constant state of being ruined; the towers are suspended in mid-collapse and the walls are broken. The fortress is inhabited but is dangerous to enter; not only the inhabitants pose danger, but the deteriorating state of the building itself.The Shattered Bulwark
A fractured ruin teeming with spectral warriors trapped in endless silent drills. Sigoni generals and military leaders occasionally have nightmares related to the battles lost.The Academy
The academy of Black Sigon is an official branch of the academy of Sigon. It allows further elementological research on the Shadowfell, which is also a material plane.
