Karratesians are a sapient species present in the world of Theos, native to the continent of Karratas.
Karratesians have an average expected lifespan of 90 years.
Karratesians are closely related to the humans of Pyalea, originating from a shared ancestor during the Enlightenment, before being separated to develop independently by the expanse of the Parlous Ocean following a subsequent, failed expedition by the Luisant Empire.
The majority of differences between Karratesians and Humans are cultural, but there are some innate physical differences. Karratesians are, on average, physically larger and stronger, and longer-lived.
