Comhairliche Fionnlagh is the head of the small council of the dwarvern reclaimed settlement of Tìodhlaiceadh Uamh. He originally hails from Uaimhean Glynn, and was selected to lead the expedition to the Southern Wildlands, along with the support of Cumadair Torcall.
Appearance
He is an absolute column of a dwarf. Taller than an average dwarf, and somehow more thickly built too. A single slab of rippling muscle. There is no significant delineation between his head, neck, and shoulders, and his arms and legs are each almost and broad as his torso.
A mohawk of thick, dark, intricate braids woven through solid rings of varied metals adorns his otherwise clean shaven scalp. A long, split beard of similar intricacy and ornamentation rolls down to his waist line.
Deep, rich, blue runic tattoos curve from his right temple, across his eye and cheek, before running down his neck below the ear and disappearing below the line of a taut, blue-grey sleeveless tunic, only to re-emerge across each of his biceps and flow down to meaty fists.
He wears a thick, dark chain around his waist.
