Incrementum
This seaside town is well-known for it's festivities during the Festival of Eternal Blossoms. Incrementum has a relatively small population of only ten thousand throughout the majority of the year, but said population drastically increases come the Festival of Eternal Blossoms. Because of this the town has a variety of normally unoccupied buildings that they upkeep throughout the year.
Incrementum is built on the coast and over the water of the Sea of Flowers (or the Great Freshwater Sea.) The waterways all around town lead out into the water and small ships oftentimes dock at the city. Many of the waterways are different sizes, allowing for smaller boats to pass through while larger ships must take different paths around the city. Stone roads follow these waterways where various vendors and shops are set up for passersby to interact with. Many of the buildings inside Incrementum are covered in flowers or vegetation due to the inhabitants love of the planets various plantlife.

Demographics
There are a number of different races that live at Incrementum. Fairies, Mennequil, Shai, H-Humans, Gnomes and Treefolk tend to be the most common. However there are a number of mermaids, lizardfolk, and other races that can be seen throughout the city.
Government
Part of the democratic country Haru, the Incrementum government answers to a larger democratic council in the capital of Haru, Helix City. Normally the two governments very rarely interact, however Incrementum supplies sap obtained from the native seaside plant Somnum for their "counter" to the insabreak virus. Because of this Incrementum is of extreme importance to Helix City and Haru as a whole.

Architecture
The architecture of this place is a mixture of standard wood and stone building coupled with strong vines and various plantlife. Many of the buildings have huge Leystone Lotus's growing atop them and all of the buildings are made to facilitate plant growth. The entire city is full of waterways lined by stone roads wide enough for carts of supplies to be shuttled through the city.
