Y'Chak
A being of pure madness and destruction, Y'Chak is unusually interested in the affairs of mortals for an old god. Its influence can be seen in the downfall of many great empires all over the world, despite its only regular worshippers being the aboleths deep in the Underdark.
Artifacts
The only known artifact for Y'Chak is The Book , which is simply a notebook that contains instructions for summoning Y'Chak, among other things. It is currently in the hands of Adran Naïlo .
Divine Symbols & Sigils
Though it appears to mortals as a trusted humanoid, Y'Chak's true form is the violet flame. The aboleths use the symbol of the violet flame in their worship to it. It is said that to see the violet flame in its true form is to lose one's mind and have their soul destroyed.

Motivation
Y'Chak is unknowable, as all the old gods are, but it seems to be motivated by a desire to spread chaos and disorder. The missions it sends its prophets on are often centered around the destruction of established norms and the spread of evil.
