Ankylier

A medium humanoid Saurian race descended from Ankylosaurs (the family, not the singular species). They can live for 90-100 years, though an Ankylier who makes it to that age is somewhat unusual thanks to their tendency to take up positions in society that risk injury, such as guards, soldiers, laborers, or other physically intensive jobs. While they're not the only large Saurian species, Ceratians and Deinodons can also get quite bulky, few match the breadth and bulk of the average Ankylier. While seeing an Anklyier working in a city isn't odd, often the families will live in the more open spaces around the city, where they and their children aren't confined to cramped city housing.
