Kendall Nocto
Kendell Nocto, the adopted child of the late Sir Ulfrid Halkon, is the heart and face of the The Halkon Movement. Orphaned at a young age after the tragic loss of their parents—close friends of Halkon—Kendell was taken in by the nobleman, who raised them with the same compassion and values that defined his own legacy. Kendell grew up in Moonstead, experiencing firsthand the struggles of its people and the unrelenting prejudice they faced. This intimate understanding has shaped them into a determined, empathetic leader.
Now thrust into the center of the movement following Halkon’s death, Kendell has embraced the role of figurehead, despite its immense burden. Their leadership is marked by tireless effort, balancing the needs of the community with the broader fight for justice and equality. Known for their calm demeanor and unshakable resolve, Kendell works ceaselessly to protect the people of Moonstead, honor their adoptive father’s legacy, and push the movement forward. While the weight of their responsibilities is heavy, his unwavering dedication to his cause and his people inspires those around him to stand united in the face of adversity.
