Project: Ouroboros
Goals
Project Ouroboros seeks to create superior dragons capable of surviving the harshest condition on the planet similar to the Dracon without the meddling of Humans or introduction of other species knowledge of this Project
Structure
Overstar and Enderstar no longer work with the Project or associate with it either Vari Etsal is the current head of the Project just below Vari are the administrators one administrator per branch below the administrators are numerous scientists who develop the tests below that are the testers the people who conduct the experiments below that are the test subjects themselves: Eight, One, Ten, Eleven, Nine, Twelve are notable subjects as they have survived the experiments and have shown improvements all other test subjects die, loose their mind or become completely catatonic
Others
Disposers: disposers deal with bodies of failed experiments they do know of the experiments
Medical teams: medical teams patch up injured scientists, testers, and experiments they partially know what is going on
Delivery: Delivery just bring supplies to and fro they do not know of the experiments
Public Agenda
To outsiders Project: Ouroboros is just a small research center looking into the Provectus Aqua Sanctuarium and possibility make it survivable and bring it back to the glory days
Assets
The organization has vast stores of scales a very small unit of surviving experiments, numerous scientists as well as several other personnel like medical teams, testers, Disposers, and Delivery workers
Disbandment
Following an Investigation into the project the organization was disbanded and reformed into Program: Infinity this has not changed anything
