A small blacksmith originally set up on the quay, though the river has shifted course long since then. Kasper van Ginneken, the current owner of the establishment, is struggling to keep the business going, as adventurers are beginning to leave for the larger cities where the Gnomish refugees have begun providing significantly more exotic services.
