Hallard Shoreson, the eldest of Lady Genna's 3 sons, is a tall, middle aged man who rules from The Beacon. He was a reputation for being fickle and easy to manipulate, but is assisted in ruling by his wife, Seraphina Cillup, who Hallard has been close with sense childhood.
