The setting in which Starlight Frontier takes place. Built in stages throughout the game. Has a fair amount of roof top gardens. Built in rings around town hall. Central ring has town hall, and administration buildings. the ring outside of that is shops, trade centers and the like, outside of that is residential, outside of that is production centers.
