Gaelen Willard- Douglass
Role: Merchant, Medical Supplies
Husband, father and all around chill dude, he along with his wife Anasa, run the Clinic of town. They raise their two sons, Serano & Jalen, who occasionally aid in chores around the store.
Early in his life, he enlisted in the peace keeping force of the Resonant collective. During that time he fought in the Conflict of the Psychosis of Akupara. This was the most violent event in the history of the spacefaring period of the Resonant Collective. He also met his eventual wife Anasa
After seeing so much suffering after he left service he decided to become a health care specialist. Preferring a more hands on approach, decided to become a nurse instead of a doctor, allowing him to spend more time with his patients.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Even though he is no longer in the armed forces he still likes to keep up his training. As a result, he is in very good shape. Has broad shoulders and a deeper than average v-taper.
Body Features
Jagged Scar that crosses the bridge of his nose before curving downward on the left side of his cheek. Slight piece of his left ear missing. has a scar on the left side of his torso, right underneath the chest.
Above Average weight & height, but on the leaner side, making it easier to see the definition in his physique.
Facial Features
A scar across the bridge of his nose that curves downward on the left side of his face that. a chunk of his left ear is missing.

On his hip he carries a digital tablet. Has a smart watch on his right wrist.

Personal history
He grew up in a home with his parents and two older sisters. His mother was a Colonel in the peace keeping army of the Resonant collective. His father was a physician on Terra 2. He had a great deal of admiration for both his parents so wanted to follow in one of there footsteps. He wound up following in both.
During his stint in the armed forces, he was distantly under the command of his mother, Colonel Melissa Douglass. This leads to some interesting stories around the dinner table. He also met Anasa there. That is a whole other story, however.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Accomplishments include both his life goals of joining the armed forces, and becoming a medical professional. Has a doctorate in nursing.
Mental Trauma
As a result of the chaos of the Conflict of the Psychosis of Akupara, he doesn't like loud noises and goes inside during the fireworks display at the end of the year.

Has a variety of contacts on Akupara from his involvement in the conflict there. Is certified with the Council of Mental and Physical health as a Registered nurse. Is a Sergeant in the armed forces of the Resonant Collective.
Family Ties
Even as an adult, he has a deep admiration for his parents and the work they do. His sisters are a constant presence in the lives of their nephews. Has a niece and a nephew of his own from his oldest sister. Keeps in contact with his wife's parents. Makes a point to be constantly involved in his sons lives. Anasa is not only his wife but also his ride or die best friend, and he is the same for her.
