Hobgoblin
Hobgoblins are goblins mutated by their time in a rigid, often military structure; however, some mutate into hobgoblins from any other kind of regimented hierarchical organization, famously (and unexpectedly) in theater troupes and administrative positions (however rarely they are assigned to goblins).
Hobgoblins are taller, their skin often more red than goblins, with keen senses, and the ability to remain perfectly still. Their tall position leads to their mutation being tall physically, leading some scholars to believe Rapid Goblin Mutation is party psychosematic.
Hobgoblins are fierce warriors, fierce bankers, and fierce actors. Whatever their profession, it takes a certain keenness of mind and ambition to become a hobgoblin.
