Delilah and Blanc Chevalier move from Vandred to Kuranga

Delilah is allowed to move with Blanc to Kuranga. Their parents opt to stay in Vandred, leaving Delilah and Blanc to their own devices. The reunion is painfully awkward between Blanc being happy to see Delilah but not actually knowing her very well and Delilah being too tired to bother with get-to-know-you.
