Black Mines
The Black Mines are a vast network of underground quarries and mining tunnels that crisscross the planet's surface. These mines are the primary source of Hades’s mineral wealth, extracting valuable metals and stone from the planet's crust. The conditions in the mines are brutal, with prisoners and workers forced to toil in the darkness under constant threat of cave-ins, gas leaks, and other dangers.

Notable Landmarks:
- The Depths: The deepest and most dangerous section of the Black Mines, where the richest deposits of minerals are found. The Depths are plagued by frequent accidents and are often the site of forced labor for the most expendable prisoners.
- The Forge: A massive underground smelting facility where the raw ore extracted from the mines is processed. The Forge operates around the clock, its furnaces burning hot enough to melt even the toughest metals. The facility is a critical component of the penal colony's economy, but it is also a place of extreme danger, with workers frequently succumbing to the intense heat and toxic fumes.
