The Lucky Lantern is owned and operated by Quarter, a particularly small Halflings. In the front, a variety of small trinkets and items are sold and bought each day, while the lab in the back serves as Quarter's playgrounds. Here he experiments with monster parts, aiming to refine them into something more usable.The Lucky Lantern suffers frequent rebuilds.
