Overview

Luck's Chosen is the finest casino in all of Gondwana. The giant tower offers all kinds of play, even rumoured to go much darker than law and decency alike would allow. All that wish to gamble are welcome, all wagers accepted, provided they are daring enough.
 

Appearance

Never have you seen a tower this tall. Never have you seen a tower this new. Where the wizard towers of old were built from ivory and silver, this is a behemoth of glass, stell and pure arcane power.
Built on a peninsula just between the frozen wastes of Ka Aina Hau and the salty floods of Ka Aina O Ke Kai Anu. A large courtyard circles the building, inviting the guests to take a stroll, in between long sessions of betting, gambling and so forth.
The building itself is circular, flowing upwards with a gentle shape, narrowing towards the middle, where it widens again, finally converging into a large platform designed to overlook the region. It reaches impossibly tall and far beyond what we should be capable of building.
 

Services

When entering the Luck's Chosen you will be greeted by pure luxury and the finest services. Whatever way you may come up with to gamble and loose your money, you will find it here. Games of chance and cards await you on the lower levels. Higher up, you will find grander bets on games of strategy and war, to be fought between the rich and famous of the world.
Even higher you get the chance to set your money on the fate of the world, at least that is what the people say. All interspersed with plenty of chances to feed yourself and rooms to take rest or company, all for a substantial fee of course.
The highest floors serve two purposes, one confirmed and one rumoured. We know that the owner of the establishment, who calls herself Lady Luck resides there, overseeing her work and guiding her employees to the right path. She frequently hosts large parties and gatherings in her private rooms, eager to show of her exotic winnings and refined tastes.
What we think is there, that is another matter. Ask yourself the question, where do the most desperate of gamblers and the unluckiest of losers end up? What happens to them? They rarely leave the casino the ones they were before, if at all.
 

Personnel

Lady Luck

Lady Luck owns the establishment and her magic ensures that it stays protected. All winnings will eventually end up with her, enriching her greatly. She is a human woman woman of impeccable taste and looks, although she appears to be much younger than she should actually be. Many ascribe this to the powerful magical artefacts in her possession.
 

The Croupiers

They come from all walks of life, all sizes and forms, if you can carry yourself with some dignity and memorize the rules of the game, than you will find work here.
 

The Security

Built like a wall and about as smart, but incredibly effective. The security excels at expelling unwanted visitors without causing a ruckus. A keen eye would notice that a disproportinately amount of them belongs to the older Birdfolk.
