They engage in pattern of a
Singular Leader who controls all endeavors of The Group,
A Senate who writes the laws of said group
Knights who uphold said law of The Senate.
Grandmaster- 1 Sage who controls all which the order works and strives for.
Master- 7 Masters are in charge of a different sector and projects within the order all which use Titles such as The Dragon or Kraken each one leads at least 7 Paladins each.
The Paladins- 7 Paladins to 1 Master, they follow and carry out the will of each individual Master.
The Knight- The Knights are lesser members who serve as body guards for the Masters and The Paladins.
The Squires- These are the newest recruits of the order.

They own masses of lands, they are reasonably wealthy, donating to The Iriloty Neony Orppit , They also have a military force of Infantry, weapons and armor.
History
Founded by an unknown group of people originating from a land called Iaol a couple of years after the The Iriloty Neony Orppit , and later formed an alliance, The I.R.O did so due to needing allies and men, whilst The Orderatoris did so due to funding, and need to have resources and land. Around 195 they have been funding their operations into scavenging and underground spelunking, around that time as well they have been developing more and more advanced technology. Rumors spread that due to these events that the Orderatoris have found some sort of energy source or even artifacts of power underground or in ruins and that is why they have been investing in the ground below.
Demography and Population
They own few pieces of Land, such as Perlast, they have a couple of properties across Arsaiun however such as Mirtulas and other cities, but they still hold importance and own their place of origin Iaol. They accept all forms of citizens any race and demographic as long as they abide by their laws and serve The Orderatoris.
Territories
Before allying with The I.R.O they had a small island called Iaol from which they originated from
Military
They have a separate division which focuses on the more Political endeavors of the organization. The main force of the organization is military power, as they train to protect their citizens and ally with neighboring governments, their training is specialized across sections of combat to accommodate any type of combat such as, Hand to hand and Ranged infantry.
Religion
They hold no taboos and forbid no religion or religious faiths, and accept all beliefs and religion of any kind as long as they adhere to the laws of The Orderatoris.
Foreign Relations
They have a political relationship with The Iriloty Neony Orppit who they trade, bargain and have officially allied with them, due to funding reasons as well as need for land.

They would need infantry and Minerals as well as grain due to the lack of nutrients in the soil of the land of Arsaiun.

The Masters are the ones who write the laws and order, The Grand Master is the one who approves of the laws and controls The Orderatoris.
Judicial Body
The Paladins uphold said law of the Masters, and act such as commissioners to the squires who are the main force of law.
