Wheel of Ages
The wheel keeps turning, and with it, the fates of all things that have come before and will come long after. - Norrian PriestThe Wheel of Ages is a power that has existed long before the Elder Gods and the rise of the Elenithir Gods, which no one knows who created or how old it is. Only take foretelling the fates of all things upon its surface in ancient runes that few can read. The wheel continually turns, and time brings change that no one can escape, whether mortals or gods.
Manifestation
A Fixed Path
Far beyond the realms and the great tree at the edges of creation lies the Wheel of Ages, the embodiment of Fate itself. Some say it is the oldest structure in all of creation, as it existed long before the creation of the first world. This massive structure has embedded into its metal frame the Fates of everything in existence as it continues to turn. In doing so, time moves forward, and all Fates take their course and meet their end; with one Fate ending, a new one begins to continue the cycle of life and death, creating something new. None are free of the wheel and its will as it is connected to all; so long as the wheel moves forward, existence will be protected from certain destruction.Cycles of Change
While the wheel may seem wicked to some, it is often a necessary evil to ensure that change can exist. For without, nothing will change, nor will it find purpose in its existence. This has led to the creation of the World Tree and the realms that harbor existence after the Fall of the Elder Gods that attempted to maintain their power. While it is believed the wheel is considered ancient by the realms standards, some have speculated that the wheel has seen the rise and fall of other realms even before the birth of Fire Heart hence its name. This begs the question of who created the wheel and to what purpose is it supposed to achieve by holding all Fates in its grasp?Localization
The wheel is the source of all fates in the realms. It is bound to them and cannot change them. While none can see it, the wheel often has invisible threads connecting all things, binding them to fate. When fate finally comes to pass, the thread will be severed. This will always come with a prophecy in tow that will tell of their Fate in a cryptic message that will eventually come true at one point or another, no matter how hard they try to fight against it.

Unknown Watcher
They say no one can watch over Fate, but that is not entirely true. - Ruskev MysticWhile the wheel is old and mysterious, one being is far more intriguing as its purpose is to watch over and learn all the Fate that ever existed on the wheel. This, being known as the Fatebinder, is said to be as old as the wheel itself and often remains by the wheel for much of its existence, deciphering and mesmerizing all the fates that have ever been written on them. None can genuinely say what purpose this chronicler of the Fates does, but what knowledge it holds may make it the most powerful oracle exist in all the realms, with mortals and gods seeking out their fates through this being.
