War, War Never Changes - Fallout Intro

  War, one of the most devastating aspect of civilization that has shaped every aspect of history through those who were Victorious and those left in defeat. Nations depend on them to protect their borders and interests on the other side. Ruining the everyday lives of those who never wanted to be a part of the conflicts of their leaders. Lines are drawn in the sand; people from two sides clash with one another with no fundamental understanding of why they are killing people they have never met, having the same lives just as them. Yet, it has been one of the most important as it has brought forth advancements that have improved our way of life as we know it.   Only for it to evolve to bring about the power to destroy our very world, as all that seek to retain power for their use would rather see it destroyed than lose it; the illusion of having enemies out of strangers you have never met is a common occurrence that leads to conflicts over land, faith, resources, and ideology for as long as we have ever known. This idea has waxed and waned over time, but some still look to past glories in the hopes of restoring the power that their ancestors once had. Maybe one day, the idea of war will eventually fade away as peace and cooperation allow all peoples to live together in harmony. Until that time comes, though, we must seek to overcome our lesser nature to harm one another, that is, can we overcome it, for life is conflict in a sense with all things seeking to survive by taking the life of another. Can we remove some that are as natural as breathing?  

Off To War

  At ease gentlemen, it has come to my attention that we are to depart straight into combat to face the enemy as soon as we are ordered to mobilize. All of the blood, sweat and bruises you have gained during your training have led you to this moment. I know that some of you are having you moments of doubt as it will be your first time in battle, but their is no place for doubt in this army, for the enemy will do anything to exploit weakness among you to cripple our fighting resolve. You will be debriefed soon to learn everything about our foe that we are about to face, from their way of things to the weapons they use to better outperform them in the field. It is my honor to see you see you off and see you your safe return, dismissed!
