Tri-Core Batteries
Tri-Core batteries are an incredibly optimized energy container whose design was inspired by the I'lix Coalition's Penta-Core Battery Cells. They are cheaper to produce for the colonies than their inspiration and work at 70% of their efficiency. A single Tri-Core is capable of powering a home or a defensive turret for several cycles without issue. As long as there is some energy remaining inside a battery they are capable of generating more from the residual albeit an incredibly minuscule fraction every few hours.
