Yanix O'Grady

Yanix O'Grady, born into an impoverished gnomish family, rose from obscurity to become a renowned figure in the field of Artifice. His parents, despite their limited means, scraped together the necessary funds to have him trained as a clockwork engineer. Through sheer determination and ingenuity, he created a machine the likes of which had never been seen before: The Ordiner, a law enforcement golem that was brought to life by the aether of a valkyrie. His exceptional talents garnered the attention of House Tyrell, a consortium of likeminded dweomercrafters and inventors led by the Tyrell family, who swiftly recruited him into their ranks. While many of his achievements under House Tyrell have been declared unethical by contemporary historians, Yanix nevertheless proved pivotal in the development of the Anvilwrought, a race of intelligent automata that recently gained sapience. In the chaos of the Upheaval, Yanix was tragically slain by an angry mob during the same riot that also claimed the entire Tyrell family.
