Tzeentri
Tzeentri, or the City of Stars, is the largest city along the Parchdale sea, having stood for tens of thousands of years as the major bond between the Northern and Southern Radiant Nexus. Since it's construction it has been ruled by many different civilizations, from the it's founders the goblin kingdom of Jighwed, to the Sons of Seann Dòigh, to the ancient Lathlaeril Empire, to the Estupendo Empire. Today it is once again controlled by the sea dwarves, who have once again taken to the seas after nearly 10,000 years of life within the mountains. This influx of various kingdoms and empires has caused it to be the most culturally diverse settlement in the Radiant Nexus, with no one native or dominant culture.
