Duke of Ostenshire Oliver Maximilian Weston (a.k.a. The Revolutionary)
Duke Oliver Weston I is by most accounts the most culturally significant duke Altesland has ever seen. The close ties he has established with foreign nations, most notably the Kingdom of Beaudoir, paving the way for not only a revolution in fashion and beauty, but a revolution in the very structure of his dukedom, with him beginning the process to slowly phase out the old feudal system of Altesland in favor for a more unitary nation with its own standing armies and personally converting to the Church of the Raven Queen.

Oliver Weston I of Ostenshire is the first born son of the former Duke Godfrey Weston II and grandson of the infamous Duke Maximilian Weston IV (Maximilian the Magnificent). For thirty years he has served as ruler of the Ostenshire, with his reign seeing the greatest cultural shift the Leudan have seen since they arrived in Altesland. In his early reign, his youthful aspirations and spry attitude greatly contrasted the stuffy conservative attitudes of his counts, barons and advisors. This would not do, and so he began seeking aid from forces further afield to aid in the renovation of duchy. His greatest support came from King Geralt Beaudoir and later his son King Lothar. The two nations established a military alliance and trade links, which led to a great cultural exchange between them both and their quick expansions. Now in his mid-forties, Duke Oliver has ceased his expansion into his neighboring duchies, and has turned towards educating his sons on the ways of leadership, with his first born son Count Charles Weston being in line to take his throne after his death.
