The Trade Alliance was created after The Tengu War, by the combined efforts of the Chikyuu-jin, the Ta'ri'end'gud, and the Rhlaar, in an effort to not only recover from the effects of the war on the Chikyuu-jin and Ta'ri'end'gud economies, but also work to ensure that something like that did not happen again.
