The Other Worlds

There are other worlds beyond Earth. Worlds of wonders undreamt, and worlds of horrors unimaginable. And all of them are but a single step away.

The Other Worlds is the shared universe that my stories take place in, encompassing Earth and other worlds that are all connected to one another via a network allowing travel between them. It is inspired by Celtic and Germanic mythology and indeed any culture that imagines worlds beyond Earth.

There are roughly two caterogies of story set within the Other Worlds. The first are those that are set on Earth in various time periods detailing the encounters with the supernatural and mostly "normal" humans. These stories are on the whole small scale. The second is the Ascension War, a dark fantasy that spans multiple worlds, including Earth. The Ascension War will delve more deeply into the setting and is a more grand story than those set on Earth. As this is a shared universe there will be some crossover of characters between the two.
