Government
The Duke/Duchess of Akina appoints a Chancellor who oversees the managing of Culaxin. The Chancellor appoints a staff to oversee aspects of city governing. The Garrison of the Order of the Striking Hammer reports to the Chancellor of the City in regards to defending the city.
Defences
Culaxin was encircled by a series of guard towers with layers of Chargebreakers between them. The City Garrison numbered five thousand drawn from each of the Knightly Orders. The city watch, numbering three to four hundred, acts as an auxiliary force.
Industry & Trade
Culaxin was the manufacturing capital of the Kingdom of Sendilar. The innovations developed by the Order of the Striking Hammer soon find themselves to market. Only after the Kingdom's needs are met are they then available for export.
Infrastructure
The city of Culanix might be the most advanced city on the continent. It is the home of the Reving University. The engineering advancements generated by that institution make the quality of life in Culanix better than almost anywhere in the kingdom. The streets are broad and well paved and the buildings are well constructed.
Overall every possible convenience that could be implemented was done so.
Districts
The southern part of the city has been given almost entirely manufacturing. The western district is the Market district.
The eastern district is the University District. Reving University was located there as well the extensive facilities the University needed.
The northern side of the city was largely residential and city offices towards the center of the city.
History
In 120 AF Duke Caleb Aetos was advised that new city who's focus was industry would be a good investment. By this time the Order of Striking Hammers had advanced to far more complex engineering.
Dame Genia Gufelix was tasked with designing and building this city. A site was selected and construction began in 122 AF and was finished in 129 AF. The city continued to expand. Each expansion was carefully planned and executed.
In 201 AF construction on Reving University began, west of the city. It was finished in 211 AF and opened its doors in 212 AF. By 232 The city and university had expanded and met.
Tourism
The Great Market draws visitors and merchants from most of the east coast of the continent. As does Reving University that puts on monthly displays of their creations.
